I love this light and I have been challenged in Wisconsin to keep plants happy during the short daylight we endure during the long winter. When you live in northern climates with long winters and short daylight periods, it is challenging to keep indoor plants healthy – especially those that live outdoors during warmer weather and need to be indoors for 5 months to over winter. This lamp is simple, sturdy and incredibly effective. I have begonias blooming during Wisconsin winters. Other non-blooming plants are showing new shoots that never happened in past seasons.
