The instructions are not very clear, so I had to find clarification on reddit:Plug the charger into the wall socket. Both lights will be green. Plug your battery into the charger, both lights will remain green. Press the button in between both LED lights and the light will turn red. The Red lights indicate that the battery is charging. When the lights turn from Red to Green, the battery is charged.Otherwise charger is straight forward and seems to work well. Shipping took about a week.
